Online ticketing is the only effective way to limit capacity on the farm. Guests arriving without tickets will be asked to purchase them on their phones before entering. If you need assistance purchasing tickets online, please give us a call and we'll be happy to help. Guests may purchase tickets online or at the door for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

We limit the number of guests each day in an effort to reduce wait times and provide the best possible experience on our farm. While we wish we could accommodate everyone who arrives, we believe it is more important to protect the integrity of the guest experience.

Planning ahead is in your best interest. We recommend purchasing tickets at least a few days in advance to guarantee admission before tickets sell out. Tickets will remain available online until sold out.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the date by following the link in your order confirmation email and then clicking Change Tickets. If you need assistance transferring tickets to another day, just let us know.

Yes :) If tickets are sold out online and you do not already have tickets for that day, please choose another day to visit the farm. We appreciate your understanding!

Season passes have been accounted for and will still be accepted any day of the season - even if tickets are sold out for that day. You do not need another reservation.
